Title: "moving" avatars

you know how sometimes, the avatars like move, or should i say kinds of like...um.....cutoff from the anime
how do you do that?
and how do you upload it??

Those avatars are more commonly known as animated GIFs. They have the .gif file extension. It's been a long time since I've made one but before, I used Jasc Animation Shop to make that. Those "cutoffs from the anime" GIFs you're saying are a bit more complicated to make. You need to know how to edit videos for that. :)

Well it's pretty easy once you get it.

You only need frames of a scene (multiple pictures) and join them together using any photoshop program.

Did some googling to see if there's any tutorials on how to do one. Does this help to answer your qn? :X

Note: The one in my sigg was sourced from the internet, but I forgot which website I took it from. :X
