I can't remember, and i can't find it in my manga * piles of manga spilled everywhere *. i think it was about something about a record, and syaoran goes ' i didn't hear about that' and Yamazaki says he should have remembered Syaoran was from China.
Anyways, my favourites are the one when he lies about Badminton in the third book, and Syaoran and Sakura face off for ages ^^ he he.
i also like one in the anime, the 'running of the strawberries'. love it.

yep..the chocolate one was in Vol.9 well the one before the White Day...XD I remembered it very clearly...and yamazaki is bonding with Eriol in that epsiode and sakura and Syaoran was confused about the 'lie'. LOL.
I like the one that featured in the manga and the anime..about the beach..Yamazaki lied that ppl used to use coconuts to play beach ball and he told Chiharu to be careful lol( is that rite?) :hehe:

Some of those lies are fanfic lies. I think they might have been
from Kawaii Sakura Shrine, but I haven't been there in a while, so I'm not positive.
I really don't remember Yamazaki and Syaoran ever doing a lie together.

I have another lie.. the one when there go to the Ski Resort and tell Sakura about them long skis. Poor Sakura.. she believes Eriol and Yamazaki. Ha ha.
I have another one as well.. it's in the Episode where Sakura goes to 'Wonderland' so to speak, and Yamazaki has a book called 'Aliens are attacking earth as Cats!!' and then Naoko turns up and joins in with his lie. And Chiharu is like... 'yeah yeah.'

Let me tell you a little about Yamazaki. A long time ago, when he was very young, he saw Clow Reed in his dream. He learned that Clow Reed was a sorcerer, which impressed him. He also learned that Clow Reed was a troublemaker who loved to make up lies. Yamazaki wanted to become just like Clow when he grew up, so he started to lie just like him. And now you know why Yamazaki lies.

Did anyone ever notice that during the Power Card episode (the one with the sloth in it) that the screen slowly moves back and forth?
It does it on the CCS dvd and it also did it on the vhs of the same CC episode.
(yes, that is almost the Only Cardcraptors episode I saw)
I never could figure out why the picture slowly moves back and forth only on that one episode.
I'm sure Yamazaki could tell me. :O)

hey, i think i saw yamasaki-kun opening his eyes in the same episode when they capture the power card. when li-kun runs off to check it out, he hands yamazaki the camera and PAUSE! i think so...

My favorite lie is ep. 55 Sakura and the Sakura in Wonderland. Yamazaki-kun and Chiharu-chan are in the library and Chiharu-chan asks Yamazaki what he's reading and he shows her the book, "Aliens are turning into cats and are after the Earth." And Naoko-chan appears and states, "I've read that book," and Yamazaki-kun tells of all the different types of aliens that are inhabiting the earth such as penguin types, dog types, goldfish types, and this one type called kaseran-paseran types I think. I have no idea what type that is though.

Oh, I really liked the lies where Eriol backed Yamazaki up, those were definetly the funniest ever. I also liked the one about the strawberries ran away in the old days, Sakura's reaction was so funny!\
On another note, I found a fanfiction called "The boy who cried Clow" in which Yamazaki tells a story at a festival or something about a certain girl who became cardcaptor and captured magical cards that she had accidentally released, but he doesn't know one thing, his entire lie is all true!

Another Yamazaki lie that was cute was the one he wrote in Sakura's card for the new year that had a picture of a dragon with his face on it. That was funny and even funnier when the second one was Chiharu's saying it was a lie

I also like the lie when Sakura & Tomoyo are going to the craft store and Eriol asks if he can come, and Syaoran forcefully tells that he's coming, and Chiharu is dragging Yamazaki around the classroom and he's telling about the origin of teddy bears.

Another Yamazaki lie that was cute was the one he wrote in Sakura's card for the new year that had a picture of a dragon with his face on it. That was funny and even funnier when the second one was Chiharu's saying it was a lie
