ok what kind of jobs do you guys work at?
Me...well lets see
Waitress/Bartender/Maid/College(yes, thats a job too, :shifty:)
Few others I can't remember right now...

I work at Arby's; I do cash register, sweep floors, sometimes I mop, wipe down tables, wash dishes, cook the roast beef, turnovers, wash potatoes, clean the kitchen.
My next job is working for the Salvation Army. This one's not quite so descriptive. I basically stand in the cold ringing a bell so people will give money for the poor.
Next is my job at church. I'm a Sunday school teacher for 2nd and 3rd graders. I help with the functions like parties, or if the kids are going to perform for the church.
And my last job is also college. And I agree with you. It is a job. I do more than just go to classes and do homework. I belong to a club. Right now I'm selling poinsettias so we can raise money for a place called the Beatitude House. It's a house for bruised and battered women. They also have children of these women that live there. Also, we have bake sales. I help bake goods and we sell them. And I honestly wonder why I've been tired. Hoe. @_@

Middle school student. But I go to a high school class in the morning, so I guess I'm a Middle/Highschool student? :sweatdrop:
I'm a assistant at the MPM learning center, and I correct papers for a chinese math class.
I'm planning to look for another job once I turn 14...

I work in a family fun center. I do the repairs on video games and take care of inventory and prizes. Been in the arcade business for almost 25 years.
Now you know why I call myself ARCADEMAN!!![/i] :tongue:

on fridays i'm a trainee Stonemason. Working outside with Hammers and Chisels and Guns. I have to use them on removing cement from inbetween stone and its a real hassle. Pretty hard work too, builds good upper body strength.
I work from 8:30 till 5

My work is attention to the clients in a bank, like customer service. I do loans, open accounts, credit cards, attent complains, etc, etc.  I don't know how you call in english a person that do this job. But in spanish is Oficinista de Atencion al cliente.
I work in the bank in the day and in the night I go to the University. I'm in my last year *cheers*.

CEO of a company, and in my junior year of highschool. I could have just skipped. But...unforunatly, more work from those classes, taking care of Mokuba, and making sure my company is #1. I would have stayed up 24/7

I'm a student... But on weekends I work at movie theater and I'm slave of the concession stand. I'm also a projectionist though, so I get to start the movies and make sure they run without any problems.

i take care of children in a school!
i have to keep them occupied with activities,to help handicaped child,and to do some paper work for the mistresses.
and during holidays i'm doing the cleaning in schools and buildings,this is exhausted but i will do anything for money :haha:

I used to work in a chemist, and now I work in a newsagents. And it's terrible coz I pick at the sweets all day long. xDD
I'm going into my final year of secondary/hugh school, so I'll have to give up the job soon in favour of studying.

Now I'm a Dietary at the hospital/cleaner/tutor/babysiter and going to college and a free lance writer, along with a growing presser from a book company to finish a book befor it hits 2007, what Have I gotten myself into....

i remenber that i was totally obsessed by my homeworks,as soon as i came back home the first thing i did is EVERYTHING they gave us in the day :sweatdrop:!
i was cutting myself of the world and became very irritated if somebody came bother me,i tried to rid of my homework this way but every day they gave us new works to do so it was pointless to kill myself like that :shifty:...

I'm un-employed now, but only because I'm going to school and my first semester of college my parents forbid me to work. This is the first time in three years and I honestly don't know what to do with my time except watch anime and read manga...
Anyway, since this is about jobs.
I worked at GameStop for three years. now, before a few of you say "Awesome!" or soemthing like that, it isn't really what its all craked up to be, like with most jobs, it all depends on your boss. I had an awesome boss and we DID get to play a ton of video games when no one was in the store...The pay was crap though, mimimum, and it was VERY REPETITIVE. The only skill you need is how to sell things and alphabetize. You spend 70% of your job doing the latter. Selling stuff was fun though and it kind of just became routine.
I'm shorry, this is relaly pointless to just keep tlaking about but I'm bored, and I've never tlaked in a forum befoe so I'm just gonna keep going.
then I worked at a privately owned high-end italion restaurant as a hostess which was relaly fun. Half of the people who worked there was gay, too, so it was always a very happy place. I only worked there for a year thoguh.
The best job of all time I'm still trying to get over. *sigh* It was only two months,b ut it was the best tow months of my life. I worked at Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme Park as a Looney Toon character. It was almost like cosplaying for a job...almost..*tears* It was really fun cause you could pretty much do whatever you wanted, within the bounds of appropriatenss to anyone. My favorite was Taz, but it was usually aobut 16-17 degrees hotter in costume then it was outside so, being in Texas, at times it could have been 117 degrees inside. It was soo much fun though. I got to be Tweety, Porky Pig, Taz, Slyvester, Foghorn Leghorn, Elmer Fudd, Speedy Gonzalez, and Daffy Duck. I almost passed out in Speedy, I started like hyperventilating and stuff, but it was on our way back in so thank goodness. Anyway, it was a good paying job and you only worked half the time (30 minute breaks every hour). I reccommend it to ANYONE who can stand the heat and who can deal with little kids.
Okay...I'm done..now that you know my job history...

in france it is so hard to find a stable situation,our factories are leaving in others countries for money,so many employees are sacked,this is so unfair :angry:

if it can comforts you i have been doing cleaning on schools and municipals buildings during july and august,it's not really a delightful job but a least there is always work to do in this kind of channel :keke:

I think it is and same here with me. I'm not particularly working anywhere either. Concentrating on my 7th grade work is enough for me at the moment and I really got to boost up my grades in Thai since my grade is not so good in that area at the moment. ^_^

I work at McDonalds (never and i mean NEVER get a job there you will regret it >.<) and i do basically everything the others don't want to do or are too scared too do (what's so scary about little kids puke? o.O)

Haha, that's like me at Dairy Queen. I'm left doing all the work that no one else will do. Doesn't it bug the crap out of you?!
I'm tired of being the only one cleaning/stocking/serving while everyone else is in the back, stealing food and flirting with the cooks. Grrrr...
