Yes, the one with Sakura and Syaoran and the elevator was the only sakura/syaoran moment kept in, in the dub. Except it wasn't as meaningful because "Lee" always refered to her as "Sakura" all the time, so it wasn't as kawaii as it was in the original. I also like the last epsiode #70 Sakura and her True Feelings, that was an awesome epsiode, and not shown in the dub (obviously)

Yes, and the worst part is that it made no sense, you didn't even know why Syaoran was even blushing, and then when he did, he'd say something totally common, as if he wasn't in love with her! It makes me so mad, ARGH. But I watched the sub later, and I felt much better, I just pity those who have to watch that horrible catastrophe *huggles them*

If you noticed, other dubs are getting alot better, and are not as bad as some anime dubs anymore *cough cc and pokemon cough* I guess companies are learning from old mistakes, by some companies ^^

yea, but aslong as they are getting better its still good. Who knows in a few years they might go all the way out and redub the whole series with good voices and keep in everything the japanese one had. i know i would get it. and i think FUNimation did something similiar with DBZ

Me, two, the twin card epi was good, Meiling and Syaoran are so cute in that episode. I remember they looked like they were doing some type of dance on top of the twin card's head, LMAO, reminded me of a russian dance, lol

I love basically every single CCS episode because they are so kawaii (especially compared to the Cardcaptors s*** Nelvana came up with :angry:). As for favourites... I would say that episodes 40, 57, 32 and 66 are my all-time favourites :D

My fav episode is "Sakura's Most Precious Friend." It's Meilin's last appearance in the series (until the Sealed Card movie, anyway) and I thought it was really sad when Shaoran broke the bad news to her. I also liked the hints at Meilin x Tomoyo in that episode and it seemed like Meilin and Sakura became closer friends in it too, despite what happened. I just love any episode with Meilin in it but I love this one the most! It was also the first CCS episode that I really cried while watching it.

Two episodes I liked quite a bit:
One of the early ones where Sakura thinks she sees her mother (The Illusion)
When she goes back to see Clow Reed.
A few others like 57 and 70 (already mentioned) and another early episode when The Mirror first appears. Not hardly a bad episode in the bunch IMO :)

I loved the Elevator Episode too.
I think one of my most favorites would have to be the episode where Nakuru is filming the movie and Touya gives his power to Yuki/Yue.

I didn't see much of CC, I wish I did get to watch it more, though/ I only got to see like, probably 1-10 episodes(that I'm positive I saw), maybe more in the higher numbers. Then it was like, cancelled. I can say, though, that I liked them all. (Exuse me if this is off-topic a bit, I'm still new...and yes I did read the rules :P but I want to ask something.) Is there some way to still see CC, because it was cancelled, or is it pretty much a "not really" kind of thing. I'd really like to see more episodes.

The only way you could still watch CC is to buy the dub-only DVDs from Pioneer but they were discontinued after they got up to the start of the Sakura Card arc. You can still buy all the dub-only DVDs they did release; they're just not releasing any further volumes due to the fact that abosuletly no one was buying them, but you're probably better off watching CCS instead.

My favorite episode? The elevator one, of course. ^^ Why? One of my favorite S+S scenes is on that ep. Y'know, the one where Syaoran cries out Sakura's name? Episode 66 was really good, too.

Yeah it happened in CC...I've watched the CC scene and CCS scene....it basiacally was the same in CC, except that it wasn't so meaningful because Syaoran/Li had always called Sakura 'Sakura' (except at the beginning when he called her Avalon)

I think that there are two: 35: Wonderful Christmas, when she uses watery and windy to catch Firey, and 66: Sakura's most beloved person, because Yukito tells his true feelings and Shoran hugs Sakura in the end!

It's only bad to those who've seen CCS. And it's just pure crap in America.
Favorite episode: definitely Sakura's True Feelings. I LOVED that episode, and how the storyline ties in so well with the characters. And it's the most obvious start of Sakura's side of the S&S theme. Sakura, Syaoran, and the Elevator is also a great episode.

But still, I'm not onvinced its THAT bad...I can see why some of the things were kinda dumb to remove...I've read about CCS before. But, hey, I think you have a point. The only thing I saw WAS CC. I wish I could've remembered more, or at least knew of CCS then.

I love the whole 3rd season, and maybe the begining a little too, but the whole show was awesome. For some reason I found the Syaoran/Yukito moments really hilarious. *chuckles*
I love the evlevator episode, it's the best thing ever. The dub screwed it up big time. It seemed like he was calling her for school or something, no emotion whatsoever.

I watched Sakura and the Ball Trap (Episode 58) the other day and I love what Tomoyo says to Sakura about Syaoran:
'he is too worried about a certain member of the audience' (or something close to that - it was a couple of days ago so I forget)

probably my fave. episode was when they got stuck in the elevator. Syaoran SMILED~ he SANG~ aaaaww~ kawaii!! (i put it on my diary when i first watched it.. i was a 5th grader! o.O)
and.....yea, i liked the Sand Card episode.. ^_^

i have to say i loved them all, but i thought , episode 19- the move card was cool. how they thought for the room (awww bickering couples!), till they fought together- running to capture Move, and then when sakura was falling into the water- there was a close up to syaoran grabbing on to her arm (kawaii!) and then they falling in together- and then syaoran helped sakura by letting her change in his apartement- other episodes- is the Ice card and the dream card as well!! total s and s moments!

It's practically in every episode. Syaoran saves Sakura in some shape or form. Sakura Thanks Syaoran. Syaoran either: Goes Red, Goes Red and Stutters, Goes red and faints, or Goes red and runs away. And then Sakura goes, "Hoe?" Cause she's as dense as ever!!!

Ugh, I hate it when that happens to me, that's why I like to buy the DVD's instead, of course d/ling them is always great too, but you have to delete them as well, especially if their licensed.
If you want, you can look around bt sites and see if they have it, there probably wont be much seeds though >.< I'd really like to help out though, so I'll go-a-hunting, and see if I can find some bt sites, kay?

Hmm... *looks through CCS collection* I believe that's episode 16. Her dress indeed was really pretty.
Throughout that whole episode, IMO Sakura acted even moreso like a little girl than she did in other episodes. I found that really kawaii because most of the time, I just think, 'Oh, she's a big girl. She can find solutions to her own problems.' , but after that episode I realized that she's not a big girl :XD:Â *ONTH, I was so stupid when I was 10. Gawd knows how dumb I was :rotfl:*

You can download CCS torrents from isohunt.com and Ralea, that pic of Sakura isn't from episode 16. That outfit is the one Sakura wore in a season three episode, I believe the one with her mother's calendar. Her outfit from episode 16 is a red and white dress, but I can't find a pic of it anywhere.

Mine is episode 70. It was simply the best series ending episode I have ever seen, and so sad too. One word describes the very end of the episode, golden. It showed the side of Sakura that I had been wanting to see all along, the sensitive one. It was awesome and emotional how they used the mellow song, Platina, as the song for the ending which had S&S holding hands and re-caps of S&S moments throughout the series. Those S&S moments were perfect for an ending, and Sakura's line at the end also made me sad. If CCS just ended there without the 2 movies, then it would be one of the most tragic animes in my opinion. This episode, overall, just made me want to cry. :cry: :cry: :cry:

My absolute favorite episode is 57! And for many obvious reasons, but the main reason is because this, honestly, is the only episode of the entire series that I will watch from beginning to end without fast-forwarding, rewinding or stopping!
I love the entire series, but at times when I go back to watch an episode there is a scene I don't like and I will fast-forward it. This is the only episode that I won't do that to! And it is the first time that he called her by her name. And I don't mean simply her first name. I watched the series all the way through, and up until that episode, he only referred to her by name once. Episode 40: Sakura and the Sakura in the Dream. When Sakura, Syaoran, Tomoyo and Meiling are riding in the elevator to the observation deck, Sakura comments, "I feel like Meiling has been calling me all day."
Meiling comments that she's in a daze and Tomoyo comments that Sakura's funny when she's in a daze, and Kero-chan states that both those terms make him worry, but Syaoran intervenes and says, "No, Kinomoto is actually pretty levelheaded." Only time he ever referred to her by her name, and it was all a dream. And that's why ep. 57 is my favorite!

I don't remember the exact names but my faves were:
1. Sakura, Syaoran, and the elevator
2. The one where Sakura tells Yukito her feelings, and afterwards she goes to Shaoran and she cry. I have seen that one so many times last year and kept crying every time! The look on Sharon face when Sakura tells him about revealing her feelings to Yukito and the semi hug at the end, love it!
3. And of course the last scene from the last episode!

i really cant choose which were my favorite all the series was great but i must admit that the second season was the best with syaoran always blushing over sakura so cute and all those moments!!!!!

I have lots of favorite episodes. A few from the beginning ( like when Sakura catches her first cards ), then as she progress and becomes friends with Meiling and Syaoran ( welll... she's trying to be friends with them. nn; ) .. so on and so fourth. But my most favorite ones are towards the end when Eriol arrives. ^^

It was kind of sad how Yukito had to turn down Sakura because he knew that she liked him as more of a family member, and the dialogue between Sakura and Syaoran at the end was deeply moving. Probably the most emotional moment in the series, in my opinion.

That is a good episode. Quite the tear-jerker. I cry everytime I see it.

I also thought the episode after that was kinda sad. When Syaoran and Tomoyo are talking and Syaoran says he won't tell Sakura how he feels because she knows what it feels like to be rejected. I was like, "Awwww, Poor Syao-chan!" I just wanted to hug him!

well .. i don't have ONE favorite, i have like.. 20. okay, that's an exaggeration but i shall list them!
50. Sakura, Syaoran, and the Invisible Threads (he wants her to call him anytime something happens!)
57. Sakura, Syaoran, and the Elevator (i just loved syaoran in this one! his first REAL smile!)
60. Sakura and Her Precious Friend (i cried during this episode. felt bad for meiling..)
64. Sakura and the Snow-blowing Ski School (i love how syaoran tries to tell her)
66. Sakura's Most Beloved Person (of COURSE we all know why i like this episode!)
67. Sakura, Syaoran, and Tsukimine Shrine (i thought.. awww! kawaii! their first DATE!)
70. Sakura and the True Feeling (great way to end of a love story that has a movie after it)

Yeah, I was so angry when they cut it.
I waited through the whole series, after I found out that he confesses.
And then it's the big moment... and he didn't say it. ;_;

My favorite has got to be 70. ^^
Then 69, 66, umm. Those are the main ones.
57 too, I love the hugging scene.
And then just other scenes in different episodes. :P

Hmm. I'd say I like every episode when Yue appears, especially the one where Sakura travels back in time. Poor Yue being all upset... Being a hardcore Touya/Yukito fan, I love the 'Yukito's fading powers' episode, because, well, it contains THE scene. :keke:
I also like every episode where Tomoyo, instead of just obsessing over our cardcaptor, gives some serious hints about her feelings. For example, the scene where she tells an oblivious Sakura that she loves her, and another one closer to the ending, where she encourages Li to confess to Sakura. She then looks down on her reflection in her tea cup and quietly states that "some feelings should better not be spoken aloud...". Those are moments where I am reminded that CCS is not just some cutesy girl-meet-boy serie, but can actually be somewhat deep.
However, my most favourite episode, hands down, is The Final Judgement. Ah, I love it, I love it, I love it!

I love all CCS episodes.
But my favorite is Sakura's Most Beloved Person.
I like the part when Syaoran tried to comfort Sakura at the park, it's very sweet.
I think I can also feel how much Syaoran loves Sakura at that moment :)
And for Ishiyaki's question, I'd like to answer it...
No, Sakura did not kiss Syaoran at the last episode.
Syaoran only handed Sakura the bear.
And the series ended with Sakura saying ,"Mata aeru yo ne..."
There were no kissing scene at the whole series.

Even though I have yet to see all the CCS episodes. (Mainly Season 3. Which has all the best episodes) My favorite currently is episode 32: Sakura, Kero, and Syaoran. I just love that one! I think it's just so hilarious how Kero and Syaoran switch. It's good humor! Lol.
I also love episode 57 (even though I've only seen 2 parts). I really wanna see the whole thing though. Lol. I will soon! Another one I love is episode 27: Sakura and the Shrine of Memories. I love the moment where Sakura hugs Syaoran for the first time when he saved her from the return card and he blushes like mad! ^^
I actually have a lot of favs. from the 1st season. I haven't seen the 2nd season is sooo long. I also need to watch all of the 3rd.

The BEST had to be #57 it's my ALL TIME favourite coz it's the episode where sakura started calling him SYAORAN-KUN!!!!! i always liked the way she calls him. It's so sweet and cute! Actually I didn't know about the transition till I watched the japanese version coz the Chinese ver shows her calling him Xiao Lang all the time. So when I started watching the Japanese version after I had watch Movie 2 in Jap, i was puzzled as to why she called him Li-kun in the beginning. So after she made the transition, i was like.. DAMN HIGH~~~
if all these sounds weird to you then nevermind.. I'm in a world of my own obession =)

Went back today and watched me some eps of Cardcaptor Sakura. As great today as it was when it first appeared.
Do yourselves a favor and pull out your CCS DVDs or load up an episode and enjoy a great classic :)

Loved that episode! Keroberos was getting SO MAD at Yue since he thought he was doing none of the household chores. Also the scared look of Sakura in bed staring back at the both of them...PRICELESS!!! :D

The episdoe that really stuck out for the most was the one where Syaoran tells Sakura that he's in love with her. I still remeber it so well after all these years.(watched when she was 7 and 8)

The fight for the ownership of the Clow Cards with Syoaran vs. Yue and Sakura vs. Yue. Also the elevator episode was my favorite.
