4. Check "Character Positions".
5. Post.
6. Fill out a character application thoroughly.
7. Submit an application once you've had 20 posts or more.
A site is under construction right now. There will be scanlations and translations of the manga Tsubasa, CCS, and possibly more. I am looking for affiliates for the forum.
