"Protecting them from this, I'm guessing?" Fai asked, walking cautiously around the statue, trying to get a better look at it.
Mokona bounced up and down on his shoulder, excitedly.
"And what happens to the people who come in, what does the statue do?"
Fai already had a pretty good idea of just what the statue did, but he asked the girl anyway, stalling for time, as he walked the perimeters of the old stone relic.
(ooc: we can work around Mokona easy, it's Sakura I'm more concerned with!)
Hori:
(( OOC : yer... Thats sort of a problem too... ))
" Its use is for evil .." she said ... " Consuming pure hearts to get a grasp upon more power... to finally awaken fully ... And then .. I dont know what happens .. " She said looking at the floor .. " Dont touch it ...It only speeds up the process... "

Syaoran pondered. Could it be a feather? "Has it always been like this?" he asked, looking at Hori

Kurogane, who had been not-so-quietly fuming about the ridiculous name he had been given, finally calmed down and now listened carefully to what the girl had to say with a sullen frown. He noticed the thoughtful look in Syaoran's eyes and realized what the boy was thinking - perhaps the statue's power came from one of Sakura's feathers. They'd seen it happen before.
As if he hadn't seen enough weird and unbelievable things on their journey so far already. "Evil statues," he muttered to no one in particular. "What next? Feh..."
