"I'm not sure that he intends to actually kill us, but if he were to attempt that, I'm doubtful we have the power to stop him," Fai stated simply, shrugging.

Pikari:
"Well," Kurogane snorted, "If he does try, he's gonna get a hell of a fight from me, magic or not."

He stood and strode toward the door, his words curt. "I'm gonna keep guard downstairs." And with that, he disappeared from the room.

Sakaki:
Fai frowned slightly, as the ninja walked out from the room.
Once again wrapping the blanket around himself, he walked to the window and looked out. The sun would be rising soon, and with the new day came a new danger, a new threat.....in the form of a sorcerer only another man of magic could imagine the power of.

I am useless against that.........
Without my magic...
I guess we'll just have to be sure that it doesn't come to that, won't we?

Fai sat down on the floor, underneath the window. Resting his head back against the wall, he closed his eyes and fell into a light, guarded sleep.

"What´s Going on down there?" Sakura walked down the stairs

Pikari:
Kurogane had just settled himself into a chair near the door where he had a good view of the window, when he heard footsteps on the stairs. He turned around to see the princess. "Hey... shouldn't you be in bed?"
