Sakaki:
"Syaoran-kun, if you are hurt and don't tend to it, it'll only get worse and you will be of no help to anyone that way," Fai tried to convince the boy. "Injury is not a weakness, let us help you, ne?"
Then looking back at the ninja and smiling, "I'm sure Kuro-chan has had all sorts of injuries throughout his line of work. He'll know what to do."

Okamirei:
Syaoran looked down at the floor, feeling heat rise up to his cheeks. "A-arigato..."

Hesitating, he lifted up his shirt; revealing a large dark bruise on his ribcage. Ouch..

Pikari:
"Er... what?" Kurogane started, taken aback that he was the one that had to play doctor. He frowned at the ugly bruise on the boy's midsection and finally sighed. "Alright, come on, kid." He took Syaoran by the shoulder, leading him toward the kitchen where they could find some ice. "You gotta keep that from swelling. And don't tell me you broke any ribs?"

Okamirei:
"Ano..." he wasn't sure what to say. Had he broken any ribs?
Placing an ice pack on his chest, he winced. "maybe one or two...."
He sighed, frowning in frustration. How could he fight kijiis with Kurogane-san now?

Pikari:
Kurogane pressed a few fingers into Syaoran's ribcage, getting an expected gasp of pain from the boy. "At least one," he stated. He tossed a roll of bandages that he'd dug out of the cupboards. "Wrap it tight with that."

He sat back on the barstool sullenly. Normally he would probably scold the kid for being so careless, but he was still upset with himself for missing the fight.
