Koolsnowball:
If it hadn't been storming outside, Ari would have protested staying in the Cat's Eye. However... Staying in Little Doggie's room was another thing entirely.
She had been about to say something about this, but then Big Doggie came by and said that thing about finding a feather.
... What?
Ari wondered what Big Doggie meant - she ha--
And then, the lights went out.
Great.
As Big Kitty went around lighting candles and offering his room to Hori, Ari remembered what she had been going to do.
"Ah! Yes, uh, Little Doggie... You really don't have to give me your room, I could easily stay down here, really..."
Pikari:
"Sleep where you like," Kurogane said to the general room, indirectly answering Fai's question. "But nobody's going out in this storm tonight." He watched the wind pound the rain against the glass windows as lightning lit up the sky again.
Sakaki:
"Yay! Slumber party!" Fai laughed, grabbing two bottles of sake and an extra blanket to take to Kurogane's room. Then seeing the ninja begin to turn towards him. "Ah, I mean we should all go to bed, ne?"
Pikari:
Kurogane frowned and motioned to the sake pointedly. "I didn't say you could take those. And anyway, why can't you sleep down here with the rest of the kids?"
Sakaki:
"Ah, come on Kuro-sama," Fai smiled, a real smile this time. "I won't bother you, and one of the bottles is yours."
Before the ninja could protest, Fai walked towards the other part of the house,
towards Kurogane's room, carrying his blanket and the two bottles of sake.
