Well Anyway.. I want to Talk About Kare Kano..
Kara Kano is an lovely dovely manga at first! but it really weird in vol 6-7 (has only readed 1-7)
but itÂ´s good anyway!
What do u think?

I haven't read the manga but I am looking into buying the episodes. do you know if there would be nudity in it? I've seen the frist 6 episodes but don't know anything of what happens after that.

but i do like this from what i've read. i've got the first manga and the girl is such a poseur its sickining.
i'm not a big fan of the artwork but its alright.
i think the girl is just mean and selfish.

yeah thats why its so interesting, to me anyway. I haven't seen very many shows or books with a main girl like that. but I'm not a big fan of the manga artwork (mainly the reason I haven't started reading them yet)

i did not read the manga nor saw the anime (is there?)...
but i saw the AMV.. which is not bad... but too bad i can no longer find it on the web..

i just thought that Yukino was sweet looking and Souichiro was good looking as well!

i know so many girls that are just like her, i suppose thats why i don't like her. cos all those girls i know are truly horrible people

i guess have dual personality too.. in sch im quiet and shy but at home.. my brothers said im talkative and hyperactive

I like this series. In the anime, Yukino changes her personality because of Arima. She doesn't stay the same.. forever anyway. She turns out to be a nice person who, as we know, wasn't the nicest of people because of what she did. That's what makes it interesting, I think.
There is no nudity at all in the anime, as far I know. I've watched the whole thing and there isn't any at all.

thats why i like the guy. cos he is nice, and she see's her mistakes and how horrible she is. shame not more people are like her nowadays

thanks moonprincess18! and about the duel personaility thing. I ment just in books and shows and stuff. not real life. yeah there are tons of people like that in real life. and it is annoying about 90% of the time to me.

well I know a place you can buy it. also I know a way to download it. you can buy it at www.discountanimedvd.com it will be in the H's not the K's (its under the name of His and Her Circumstances) its about 60 dollors right now but it will probably go down in price in a month or so. you can also get the mangas there.

Arima didn't realize that he can be happy, toonomi (i don't know how to write his name) and the other girl sakura (i think that's her name) didn't become boyfriend and girlfriend. that wasn't an ending at all

i had high hopes for the ending but i just didn't like it at all. there has to be more episodes.

Ahh, I really wish they would have continued with the anime, but unfortunately the author was not happy with how it was turning out, so they stopped with the series very abruptly.Â That's pretty much why I started to read the manga just so I could continue on with such a sweet story.

Bah, it upsets me a little when you bash Yukino .. ;_; ..Â she just believes at first she has to put up a front and be flawless and be something worthy of others to look up to. There are many people who experience this self-made obligation. But she learns to let go of that pride and be more like herself. It's very realistic in some cases ... but other times people never let down their guard and allow insecurities to consume them ... like in Arima's case it has some dire consequences.

Haha .. I ramble on too much.Â xDÂ But anyway, despite the anime was well done with as far as they decided to go with it ... it's a shame they didn't continue. I reccomend to read the manga.

As you know, Tokyopop already released KareKano up to volume 20, and 1 more volume to go for the final one ^^!!! unfortunately it will be released around end of the year..I think...

I know this is old: but this isn't true. Mangaka rarely have anything to do with the anime series. Clamp sometimes does, but that's about it.

It was stopped abruptly because Gainax only had the funding for 26 episodes, and the ratings weren't high enough for the series to continue, nor was the manga far enough to get another full season out.

I've never heard of the mangaka complaining about the anime. *shrugs*

But yes, Volume 21 is the last. It's almost sad that it's ending, but I'm really happy with the way things worked out at the end of 20.

The anime stops mid arc. It's actually pretty close to the manga. However

Yukino and Arima end up happy together and have children. In vol 20, both of them decide they're not going to college. A lot of bad stuff happens near the end with Arima's birth parents, but it works out in the end.

The anime is very good and the music is very, VERY good. I recomend buying the soundtrack. The only frusturating part of the anime to me, is when they are "paper stick figures" for a few episodes toward the end....it was "cool" at first, but very annoying and weird after awhile.
