Not only the ticket prices, but the concession stand! >.< A small popcorn at a theater I went to was $5.00! In the end I decided not to get anything...Although I did get hungry half-way through the movie..

I know what you mean. You do get hungry half-way though the movie, because its a movie. So I got tired of paying for the movies, so I bought a bottle of pop for 1.25, and some chocolate, got my mom's purse, and there you go. I was breaking the rules bwahaha

Argh, I hate movie theaters. They're so freaking expensive. I went to see Superman yesterday with my family and I swear it cost about $60.00 or $70.00 (Canadian) with tickets and popcorn and such. I mean a freaking Fruitopia was $5.00! From now on I'm snuggling food from home, grr!
Whew, I'm glad I finally have a job now. Sure, It's at Dairy Queen (haha, yes, please laugh at me now) but at least I'm getting $8.00 an hour (when I thought I was only getting the 6 dollar training wage. Yay!). I can finally start going nuts on my anime shopping!
Err....after I pay back my mother from my previous anime shopping, haha....
Oh yes, that also explains my absence from the forums. Stupid work. I'll try to squeeze in time for you guys, but I'm trying to work as much as possible because I'm in dire need of some cash (No more free-loading off of the parents now. Grr). I'm trying that whole "responsible" thing now. What a pain in the butt that is.
But hey! I'm the youngest in my family to get a job! I'm proud!
Ooh, speaking of work, I have to be there in 30 minutes. Must go get ready. I'll be back in about....7 hours :tongue3:

I also got a job now. I start tomrrow. I can't wait. Its going to be my first job. After work, I get to go to my old teacher house, because I got another job with him, and I get to see his new kid, who was just born a couple of days ago *so cute*
Daily Queen. I would like to work there, why, because when its hot, you will be nice and cool, because of the icecream. ^_^ I love icecream
