Recently, I have been waking up and getting a leg cramp all of a sudden. My mum said it was because I straightened my legs too fast, but I've taken care not to do that, but the cramps just won't stop bugging me. @.@ So.. any other suggestions on how to prevent leg cramps? :X Like, what kind of food will reduce the occurence of leg cramps and such. (Heard one of my friends say that isotonic drinks could help, but it doesn't seem to work for me. :()

That happens to my brother alot too, even me. So far, I don't know any thing to stop it. I think my brother does, but I'll have to ask him later, since I'm in school, and he is in class and all  Aslo, this isn't really off topic, you need help, and we are here to help ^^ but sorry I can't really help. All I can tell you, is maybe add some more thing to your bed, ex. pillows, and put them on your leg. So, you don't move around as much. I did that for me, and I woke up with none. But, that is all I know what to do. Sorry I can't help that much :(

Daijoubu, you tried. ^^ The problem isn't really about the moving around part, it doesn't happen much when I'm sleeping and even if it does, it doesn't cause a cramp. It is only when I wake and try to get out of bed and that's when the cramp starts. -_-

Cried the second time it happened, because it was much worse compared to the first time. Lucky my mum was there to help me. 0.o (By pulling my foot backwards, works most of the time.)

Mine happen when every one was gone from the house. It felt like my leg was caving in. I hit my leg, but I couldn't move. I try moving my body, but the pain. So I grab my pillow, and i move my leg. It hurt so much, that I couldn't scream, or even speak. OMG I thought I was going to die. Well, I got my leg uncramped after 5 long minutes, and I couldn't move. I waited until my mom got home to help me.
