I always make sure to do that. And yes, only one week. I'll hang in there. I've been through worse.

When you suddenly get grumpy, hot, want to kill all men off of the face of the earth, and wake up with blood on your underwear. That's when you'll know. And sorry for scaring you babypigggy-chan, but it's better to know now and prepare for it, than wait for it to come and be clueless. I had to learn the hard way. @_@
