i remember that cramps are caused because in our uterus we have many layers, endometrium, myometrium and perimetrium,
the endometrium is the internal layer, myometrium is a muscle in the middle and the perimetrium is the cover.
Endometrium is rich of blood vessels because there is when a ovum is fertilized becomes implanted into the endometrium, and derives nourishment from blood vessels which develop exclusively for this purpose, so the baby can recive oxygen and nutrients from the mother.  When we there is not fertelization, our endometrium.. mm... whats the word with this..like.. its rots or something, so it  needs to be rebuilt every 20 days (days can vary), for be ready in case there is a fertilization.
and it hurts like damn?? because there are nervs in the endometrium and the myometrium get hurts too when it flakes off..
so all that blood is our endometrium and some blood of our uterus ^^
mmm.. i think this is the reason.. as i remember... please correct me moezy chan if i'm wrong. ^^;;

once there was a girl that was wering all white and when she stood up.. she was walking and i saw where she was sat a puddle of blood!.. i just thought .. omg.. and i saw her buttocks and they were all red.. and i ran to tell her that she was dirty and gave her my sweater.. poor fo her.. i didn't know her.. but periods is the moments when all the girls have to be together -_-

o_0 I forgot all of that stuff from biology class, but from what I remember that's why. Wow for remembering all that. I hate it when guys complain that women complain about their periods too much.

i need to know all that XP.. and even more.. a few moments ago.. i was like wtf--i can't remember the names of those layers ><!!!.. i had to think like.. during 10 mins to remember them -_- .. i'm so stupid
and don't heard them.. they are guys after all.. their life is so simple ¬¬..
they dont have any worries!..all they do is give the sperm, and we have to do the most difficult part .. the baby!!!
this remeber me the movie "junior" .. we need some of those pills.. so boys can have babies too.. and we don't have to suffer that much.

Today, I was having horrible cramps at school, and almost fainted... :XD:
What really surprised me is that my math teacher called my name at the end of the class and asked me if I felt sick.
I told her I was having cramps, and she gave me a chocolate bar and told me to eat bananas....
I didn't expect that....  :sweatdrop:
I don't really LIKE bananas, but according to her, since it has potasium (sp?) it may the magical cure for cramps...
Have you ever heard something like that?? :heh:
