That would be one of the many lovely syptoms of having a period; cramps. Our body is going through a transition and the loss of blood causes cramps. Also we begin to have cravings which also result in having stomach aches. Cravings aren't entirely a bad thing though. Since we're losing blood, we're also losing glucose (sugar).
All blood contains sugar which fuels our body and keeps us energetic. When we lose that sugar we find alternate ways to supply it which result in us wanting to eat a hot fudge sundae or any other form of chocolate. Also, chocolate, believe it or not, is actually healthy for your body.
Chocolate has antioxidents which fight off infections and viruses, but because chocolate has such a high fat content it is also bad for us because it causes weight gain and we begin to lose our fuel supply. Just eat chocolate at a minimum and it'll help with the cramps. Don't worry, the period will end shortly until another month passes.

hey guys, i'm not doing so well anymore. you know like, i'm not so happy anymore.
i'm kind of sad because i heard that my ex made out with one of my close friends in school but i don't know if it's true. my ex and my friend both say it wasn't true but the person who saw them make out said it's true. i'm torn. i don't know who to believe and i'm heart broken. and i'm sad because if it is true, that friend that my ex supposedly made out with is the person i went to mainly for the struggles in my relationship with my ex. and it's like being stabbed in the back. i just feel like breaking down and crying because i don't know what's right and wrong.
there's only one thing that makes me happy and it's this guy named chris. he makes me smile whenever i see him and he makes me feel happy inside.
