Miss Jenni-Maie:
It's been a month for me since I last cut. It was 6 months before that.
The cuts on my right arm are finally starting to go away.
The ones on the left are deeper, so they'll take a bit longer to go away.
I myself didn't cut for attention. With everything that was going on at the time (family troubles and the drugs and drinking and the crappy friends) I did it because I wanted a problem that I could control. If that makes any sense to you.
I don't do it anymore, or at least I try not to. Last month I caved, I can't exactly remember why, oddly enough. Which all-in-all makes me question my sanity, haha.
AHH! Itchy spots everywhere! What the hell are these things!? They're driving me crazy!
moezychan:
Aww, Endoh-chan. We can work on getting rid of our problem together. At least we are both aware that what we're doing is wrong. We just gotta hang in there.
I'm really starting to get depressed now. I'm really not used to telling people my problems, and when I do it's like opening floodgates. It goes everywhere. I've gotta learn to control that.

hey its better than keeping it all inside and bottling it up, because I do that and trust me its not good when the pressure gets too much and you explode around the ones who you don't mean to explode upon
Sugar Fairy:
cutting, self-inflicted injury is usually triggered by the following:
* It reduces physiological and psychological tension rapidly.
* Some people never get a chance to learn how to cope effectively.
* Problems with neurotransmitters may play a role.
it also lists in the site that there are several websites that teach how to cope.. http://www.focusas.com/SelfInjury.html
for me, if i have any problems, i always blab about it with my best buddy. that's my way of dealing with things, unwinding to others. it really really helps.
or post on this forum. you can never run out of support here, particularly this thread. i swear, i've never seen a forum full of hugs and cookies and support before.
it's a great place to be in. and i also think that if you feel real lonely and depressed, just say something here, and you'll realize just how much everybody supports each other. it's really a good place to be in
