No problem! :keke:
Yeah, that's true. Arigatou for the advice! I really should start acting like I'll be there for her. It kind of pains me when she comes to my house and my mom offers her food and she says no, then my mom keeps urging her to have some food. And even at those times she eats and eats, the only thing she'll eat are salads. Absolutely nothing else. I feel bad for her.

That is the worst thing to do. I would go over to my friends house and her mom wouldn't leave me alone until I ate. It made me mad because when I finally would want to eat, they'd act like a miracle just happened. I hate being the center of attention. But you can't really persuade your mom, so I don't really have any advice to give. Gomen.

It's okay, moezy-chan. Don't worry. My friend's gotten used to my mom asking her to eat some food, and when my mom gives up, she usually says, "Okay, then. Just take some food if you want some." She usually doesn't bother us after. Actually, I did try to tell my mom to stop urging food on the guests, and she actually agreed with me. My mom is usually so stubborn she never listens to any of my suggestions. She just goes on with a lecture about how what she's doing has some kind of meaningful importence. Ha, but half of the time, what she's saying really doesn't make sense at all!
moezychan:
That's good. And it sounds like your mom wants to help, but she doesn't know how. Hopefully she'll realize this.
Cherry-chan:
Yeah, hopefully. My mom can be blinded by her own judgements sometimes :sweatdrop:
