if im not wrong, a Chav can also be someone (guys) who wears a cap and tracksuit (girls too) with gold chains or huge gold earrings (for girls).. usually, they go for brands such as Burberry, Fred Perry etc?
the place where i studied (Newcastle) has lots of them.. :haha:
