I can't think of anyone i hate/don't like...  at first i didn't like meilin.. but she got to be cool at the end..

i don't like any smoking characters. like those two guys in saiyuki or shigure in fruits basket.

I never really liked Kero from CCS...no offense  :sweatdrop:
I also don't like Sonoko, Ran's friend, from Meitantei Conan, the Ryanban and his son from TRC ( XD ), and Satsuki from x/1999.
Can't really think of any others now, they just pop up from time to time^^'
