Yes, from what I understand Yue and Nakuru are genderless.

Yuki would be different though, because he is the disguised human form of Yue.
Therfore I would assume he needs to look completely human. If you remember, in the Manga and Anime Yuki doesn't know that he has another self. If he weren't entirely a male I think then that the disguise wouldn't work so well, ne?
Surely he at least would notice that he was somehow different.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with Touya and Yukito's relationship, i actually think it's very cute! I was quite offended however to find that some people thought it was weird, but then everyone's entitled to their own opinions, and i guess that there are always those who just don't understand.. -_-
