Wow...big increase in there. i think 500 is a bit too much. So like 250? hm...well just a suggestion. But it would definately be a big motivation for members in here.
punishment sounds totally fair...but what if a person keeps on giving cookies to everyone? so does that equal to breaking the rules?

it will be upping as more people approach the previous limit, and yes I believe it will be breaking the rules
