She's now 25 and if you take in the info from TRC, she's with Syaoran and has given her Star Staff to her doppelganger.

She could always make a new one. Besides, as noted in the TRC sequence, Sakura's become so powerful that she no longer needed it to summon the cards, which can be pretty handy during a surprise battle.
