Resuults courtesy of PWTorch.com (direct link to Park's complete report). Condensed here to in-ring results only.
1- FINLAY vs. MIKE KNOX vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER- TRIPLE-THREAT BRAGGING RIGHTS QUALIFYING MATCH
Ziggler tried to get Knox to team up with him on Finlay, but after a handshake, they didn’t even get one move in together, as Knox gave him a short-arm clothesline. Knox got taken to the outside right off the bat however. Ziggler clotheslined Finlay over the top and to the outside just as Knox was getting back into the picture. Ziggler was on the apron while Knox bulled right into him, knocking Ziggler to ringside. I guess they’re referring to the Smackdown guys as “The Smackdown Seven.” They’ve said it about a million times already. Finlay broke up a cover back in the ring, as Ziggler had Knox down. Not much of a crowd reaction here. Finlay fought off Ziggler and plowed him into the buckle. He placed Dolph on the top rope, but before he could executed a move, Knox came over and gave Finlay an electric chair. Ziggler came off the top and onto Finlay, then his pin was broken up by Knox. Dropkick by Ziggler, not one of his best, for two on Finlay. Finlay got his boot up on a corner charge and hit the rolling Samoan drop, then one on Knox as well, which got a rise out of the crowd. Or at least the audio sweetener. Knox crushed both Ziggler and Finlay in the corner. Finlay picked up his Shillaleigh and hit Knox with it. The ref’s view was obstructed and the object went under Finlay’s leg, so he didn’t see it. Ziggler broke up the pin and made his own on Knox for the win.
WINNER: Ziggler, at 5:58. No surprise they went with Ziggler here. Not these guys’ best work.
2- CRYME TYME vs. THE HART DYNASTY -BRAGGING RIGHTS QUALIFYING MATCH
AAAHHHH! NOT AGAIN! It’s the feud that won’t die! Or advance in any way. Both of the winners will be on the Bragging Rights team, for what its worth. David Hart Smith immediately cornered Shad, where Tyson Kidd illegally worked him over right in front of referee Aaron “Goose” Mahoney. Long and Jericho were shown looking on backstage. Smith worked the left leg of Shad. Ankle-lock applied, which will probably get him a talking-to from Batista backstage. Shad finally made a diving tag to JTG. Kidd came in for the first time as well. He took out Kidd and Smith, then hit his face-buster out of the corner (called “The Mug-Shot”). Smith distracted JTG, allowing Kidd to get a roll-up. But he pushed Kidd off into Smith, who was taken care of on the outside by Shad. Side roll by Kidd for two. Shad held onto Kidd’s legs on the apron on a springboard attempt. Kidd eventually attempted it, but the one second pause cost him, as JTG saw it coming and landed his finisher on Kidd for the win.
WINNERS: Cryme Tyme, at 3:30. Decent enough match, but I’m bored to tears with these four.
3- ERIC ESCOBAR vs. MATT HARDY
This should be interesting. Matt fed him some right hands off the bat. Backslide by Hardy in the first minute for one. Escobar tried a suplex, but Hardy with an inside cradle got two. Back elbow by Escobar was his first sustained offense. Rear chin-lock by the heel. Bodyslam by Escobar, but he missed a back-splash. Escobar walked right into a Side Effect for two. Second-rope elbow landed by Hardy. Vickie got up on the apron and complained of an ankle injury. The ref of course checked on her and Escobar shoved Hardy off of him and nearly into the ref. Hardy stopped short, but Escobar capitalized by throwing him into the ring post and rolling him up for the pin.
WINNER: Escobar, at 2:40. Escobar didn’t show much in this one, but didn’t really have a chance.
4- R-TRUTH vs. DREW MCINTYRE- BRAGGING RIGHTS QUALIFYING MATCH
Truth was aggressive against McIntyre in the early going. High hip-toss by Truth, then a dropkick that sent McIntyre to ringside. He dove over the top and onto Drew at ringside. They went to break about a minute into the match.
McIntyre had Truth on the mat in a chin-lock out of break. He took control during the break on the outside, by throwing Truth into the steel steps. Truth again was able to throw McIntyre out of the ring and perhaps off his game. Truth’s back was slammed into the ring post as McIntyre was in the ring and Truth was on the apron. Bodyslam by McIntyre. He went to the middle rope, but came down on Truth’s foot, which the former K-Kwik stuck up in the air. Standing side kick from Truth as his comeback began. Axe kick missed and McIntyre set up for his finisher, but Truth backed him into the corner. Clothesline over the top by Truth. Truth had McIntyre by the hair, but McIntyre took out his legs and Truth landed back-first on the steel steps. He could not beat the count back into the ring.
WINNER: McIntyre, by count-out, at 8:35. Solid enough match, better than their PPV encounter. With McIntyre and Escobar on the team at Bragging Rights though, Raw’s has so much more star power. But props to Smackdown for putting new faces in a big spot.
5- REY MYSTERIO vs. BATISTA
Rey tried a cross-body and Batista looked a bit bemused, tossing Rey back to his feet rather than actually powering him down. Batista threw Mysterio under the ropes and Mysterio flipped to avoid getting hurt. He went right back in the ring as the two men circled each other as they went to break.
The men were smiling at each other, all friendly-like, after Batista shoved him off and to the mat in the corner. Batista used his power to shove him off again. Rey didn’t seem happy, so he went after the legs of the big man. He dropped Batista onto the middle rope, but Batista ducked the 619. They had a small argument and Batista kicked Rey in the mid-section. Rey came off the ropes and Batista speared him. Rey was taken to the outside and finally made it in at the count of nine. A cover by Batista got two. Shoulders to the gut in the corner by Big Dave. Knee-lift nicely done by Batista for two. Bear-hug applied by Batista. He took Rey to the mat with it and Mysterio tried to elbow out. He did and followed up with an attempted sunset-flip. He avoided pain and Rey went to the legs again. 619 connected as Cole shouted “Mysterio is going to do it!,” so you knew he wouldn’t. Soon after, Mysterio took Batista down and hooked the legs for the one, two, three. Or did he?
WINNER: Mysterio, at 9:00.
Batista argued that he got his shoulder up in time, and Cole thought he did as well. Batista shook hands with Rey and raised his arm after the match, despite not being really happy with the result. Looked like Batista got the right shoulder up upon replay. As Batista cheered on from the stage, C.M. Punk came out of the crowd and attacked Rey with the GTS. He left the ring (and hilariously gave Batista the double guns hand signal) before Batista could get in to help. Batista got Rey to his feet as the show ended.

TNA Bound For Glory PPV Results: 10-18-09
First half PPV results courtesy of PWTorch.com (direct link to Park's report). Second half PPV results courtesy of PWTorch.com (direct link to Caldwell's ongoing report).
Pre-show match:
1- MOTOR CITY MACHINE GUNS vs. LETHAL CONSEQUENCES
Winning team will participate in the Ultimate X Match that will open the PPV. Mike Tenay and Taz were on commentary. Apparently, D'Angelo Dinero was in Irvine, but was called away due to a family emergency, so he will not be participating in the Ultimate X Match.
WINNERS: Machine Guns, at 5:53. Fast-paced, high-energy match.
1- CHRIS SABIN vs. ALEX SHELLEY vs. SUICIDE vs. HOMICIDE vs. DANIELS vs. AMAZING RED- ULTIMATE X MATCH FOR THE X DIVISION
CHAMPIONSHIP
WINNER: Red, at 15:16. Kind of anti-climactic finish. I know it gets the crowd going, but some of these moves and falls were just too dangerous. They should really scale things back a bit.
2- VELVET SKY & MADISON RAYNE vs. SARITA & TAYLOR WILDE- KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM TITLE
WINNERS: Sarita & Wilde, at 2:59. Surprised at how short it was. Fine while it lasted, I guess.
3- HERNANDEZ vs. ERIC YOUNG vs. KEVIN NASH- THREE-WAY MATCH FOR THE LEGENDS CHAMPIONSHIP
WINNER: Young, at 8:53. Finish didn't really make sense as why would EY want to anger Nash and the Mafia any further? I thought Hernandez would come out looking a little better.
4- SCOTT STEINER & BOOKER T. vs. BRUTUS MAGNUS & DOUG WILLIAMS vs. BEER MONEY, INC. vs. TEAM 3D- FULL METAL MAYHEM MATCH FOR THE TNA & IWGP TAG TITLES
WINNERS: Team 3D (IWGP Titles) and The British Invasion (TNA Tag Titles) at 17:22. Nice garbage match. Entertaining, at least. They didn't give Booker much to do in what could be his last show.
5 -- Knockouts champion ODB vs. TARA vs. AWESOME KONG -- Knockouts Title match
WINNER: ODB in 7:00 to retain the Knockouts Title. Why the outside interference? TNA really, really, really gave ODB a lot of credibility here by having her kick out of two Kong finishers. Tara's mid-ring disappearance was odd and took away from the flow of the match, scripted or unscripted.
6 -- SAMOA JOE vs. BOBBY LASHLEY -- 15 minute time limit -- Submissions match
WINNER: Lashley via submission in 9:00. Wrong man was booked to win here. But, TNA has put so much money and effort into building up a mid-card act from WWE with MMA cross-over potential that they had to give Lashley the win. Joe was very popular in his hometown, but that will translate back in Orlando at TV if TNA puts Joe back in his rightful position of being a badass with a mean streak who delivers awesome wrestling. Match was good for only nine minutes. (**3/4)
7 -- ABYSS vs. MICK FOLEY -- Extreme Monster's Ball match
WINNER: Abyss in 12:00. The dumbest, most stupid, most ridiculous, most asinine match I've ever watched. Just set wrestling back 15 years. Get this crap off the TNA TV product. Dumb spots, no one selling anything, outside interference again, a four count, a ridiculous referee situation, and the laughable taser gimmick again. Every month, I say something like "It wasn't for me" or "This isn't my type of match," but this was just plain stupid. This company just doesn't get it. (DUD)
8 -- KURT ANGLE vs. MATT MORGAN
WINNER: Excellent match. Of course, anything following the Abyss-Foley disaster would have been awesome. But, this, as a standalone match, was terrific. And the right man won. Angle proved once again why he's one of the best wrestlers in the business right now. He carried Abyss to an awesome PPV match a few months ago and carried Morgan to a great match here. Morgan was solid here, but he's better-suited as a heel. Fans just haven't been given any reason to cheer him. Meanwhile, Angle is ready for a babyface turn with the Mafia being knocked down a peg or two. (****)
9 -- TNA World Hvt. champion A.J. STYLES vs. STING -- TNA World Hvt. Title match
WINNER: Styles in 14:00 to retain the TNA World Title. Fine match with Styles doing his thing athletically to cover for Sting, who is limited in the ring. Wasn't particularly memorable, but it held its own as a TNA PPV main event.

WWE RAW Results: 10-19-09
Results courtesy of PWTorch.com (direct link to Caldwell's complete report).
1 -- TEAM RAW (KOFI KINGSTON & CODY RHODES & MARK HENRY & BIG SHOW & JACK SWAGGER) vs. RAW REPLACEMENTS (CHRIS MASTERS & CHAVO GUERRERO & EVAN BOURNE & MVP & PRIMO COLON
WINNERS: Team Raw at 3:10. Okay match with Kofi Kingston establishing more leadership here. Swagger was good at the end playing to his character. Post-match was a bit of a mess, but established the point. (*)
2 -- WWE champion RANDY ORTON vs. TED DIBIASE, JR. -- non-title match
WINNER: Orton at 4:22. Awesome, storyline-driven match. It took a while for the crowd to really buy into the storyline development, but DiBiase generated an authentic babyface pop for that one shove on Orton. DiBiase was borderline over-the-top with his "I'm going to rip your head off, but I'm so conflicted right now" expressions, but I thought he really handled that well. Good performances all-around and they reinforced Orton as the evil, sinister, snake-like heel. Excellent work. (**)
3 -- JOHN CENA vs. TRIPLE H
WINNER: Hunter at 20:17. Awesome TV singles match. Just awesome. Hunter looked refreshed and healthy. Cena looked swift and agile. They almost gave away too much to where viewers might not think they need to order the PPV. It's the same question from the HBK vs. Cena near-one-hour match right before Backlash 2007 after WrestleMania 23. We'll see if there's still enough there for people to be convinced to spend $40 for a different match-up - Orton vs. Cena - after they saw one of the competitors in an epic TV singles match. Orton has been presented so well tonight that perhaps there will be enough to generate a good number of PPV buys. As for the finish, Hunter scoring the pin sets him up for a title shot against Cena if Cena is booked to win the title on Sunday. Next week: "Hey, Cena, I beat you last week, now I want my title shot." And we can all look forward to more repeats if that's the case. (****1/4)
4 -- U.S. champion THE MIZ vs. MARTY JANNETTY
WINNER: Miz at 2:43. Jannetty didn't look good on a bad wheel and he was a step off his game. He picked up a payday to enhance Miz vs. Morrison on Sunday, but this didn't benefit Miz by being booked to look even against Marty. (1/2*)
5 -- Divas champion MELINA vs. JILLIAN HALL (w/Chavo Guerrero)
WINNER: Melina at 0:58 to retain the Divas Title. Match was just there to set up the "feel good" dancing with Snoop, Hornswoggle, and the Divas. This should get WWE their weekly dose of mainstream publicity, especially Snoop throwing a spear and clothesline on Chavo. (n/a)
6 -- SHAWN MICHAELS vs. CHRIS JERICHO -- never happened
Smackdown's team came out, followed by RAW's team and a melee resulted.

1 -- YOSHI TATSU vs. ZACK RYDER -- #1 contender match
Yoshi scored an early nearfall in the match as the crowd chanted his name. Yoshi, of note, was sporting red trunks representing the colors of Japan rather than the emerald green representing NOAH. Ryder knocked Yoshi to the floor and kicked him in the gut a few times before bringing the attack back into the ring. Matt Striker interjected that Ryder went back to the gym during the week to prepare for a faster, quick Yoshi. From a kayfabe perspective, according to what Striker said, if Ryder knew he had a match this week against Yoshi, then why didn't WWE advertise this match - or any match - ahead of time? Odd lack of promotion for tonight's show. Yoshi made a comeback at 4:00 with fast kicks before nailing an enziguiri kick from the corner for a two count. Yoshi called for the end and went up, but Ryder blocked and teased a superplex. Suddenly, both men fell awkwardly off the top turnbuckle down to the floor below. Both men down going to break. [Commercial Break] Back from break, they exchanged control until Yoshi scored a surprise pin on Ryder to win the match and become #1 contender. So, it will be teacher vs. student for the title at a time to be determined.
WINNER: Yoshi in 10:00 to become #1 contender. Solid match. Ryder didn't lose too much in the defeat, as Yoshi is hot right now and being built up as a future ECW brand star. Ryder just needs a definitive program after the PPV to keep his own personal momentum after being interjected into ECW the main event situation. (**)
2 -- SHEAMUS vs. J.T. QUINN
Wow, Striker actually referred to Perkins as Puma after the opening bell. Striker earned some brownie points there. Sheamus had Perkins pinned twice, but he pulled off a pin to rile up the audience. Suddenly, Shelton Benjamin stormed the ring in street clothes to begin a brawl. Benjamin smashed Sheamus to the outside. Striker referenced Shelton in his home state tonight. Shelton, energized, blasted Sheamus with a German suplex and Sheamus bailed to the outside as Shelton told him to get back in the ring and get some.
WINNER: Perkins/Quinn/Puma via DQ in 2:00. Awesome attack by Shelton, who showed uncharacteristic fire. Well done to continue this feud with massive potential. (n/a)
3 -- ECW champion CHRISTIAN vs. Unified tag champion CHRIS JERICHO -- non-title match
Bell sounded and Jericho bailed to the floor to make Christian sweat a little. Striker said both men are the longest-reigning champions in WWE after their respective title victories at Night of Champions in July. And Striker is wrong with that statement. Michelle McCool has been Women's champion since The Bash in June. Jericho was on the offensive and took a while trying to set up the Lionsault, so Christian smashed him to the outside. Jericho followed with a baseball slide kick through the ropes to KO Jericho on the floor. Christian in control going to break.
Back from break, Jericho was in control. Striker referenced "Lionheart" Chris Jericho and talked about the things Jericho, Dean Malenko, and Eddie Guerrero on Nitro that got people talking back in the 1990s. Striker is just in heaven tonight talking about his wrestling fandom. Jericho did some damage to Christian on the floor, then cupped his ear to the crowd as they booed and cat-called him. Back in the ring, Christian went to work on Christian, who came back with a hard slap to the ear that sounded pretty good via the acoustic enhancement trick from Christian. Jericho shook it off, then stood on Christian's back and choked Christian across the bottom rope. Jericho went to a reverse chinlock as the crowd rallied behind Christian approaching the top of the hour.
Jericho cupped his ear to the crowd again as he surveyed the damage on Christian. He then went for the Lionsault, but Christian moved. Ref Charles Robinson delivered time cues to both men as they recovered to their feet and the wrestlers started building to the finish. Christian wanted the Killswitch, but Jericho ducked only to take a drop toe hold into the bottom rope. Christian then did his move that Jericho stole earlier in the match by standing on the back to choke Jericho across the middle rope. Christian with an ill-advised top rope move, but Jericho countered with the Walls of Jericho. Christian escaped, though, and rolled up Jericho for a two count. Jericho then hit a step-up enziguiri kick for a two count. Striker said he loves this stuff. Jericho wanted a bulldog, but Christian hit his fallaway reverse DDT for a two count. Christian wanted the Killswitch, but Jericho ducked down and tried the Walls. Christian blocked, so Jericho catapulted him into the corner.
Christian then flipped over Jericho with a sunset flip attempt that Jericho countered into the Walls of Jericho. Young male college students in the crowd on the front few rows were hot wanting Christian to tap out. Christian teased a tap out, but he reached the bottom rope for a break. Christian then ducked a charging tackle against the ropes and Christian nailed the Killswitch. Christian slowly rolled over Jericho and made the cover for the pin and the win. Arena was hot for the finish as the wrestlers reached the climax with the crowd ready for the finish at the right moment. That's the art form right there.
WINNER: Christian in 15:00. Excellent TV match. Didn't quite kick into the next gear until 12:00, but the final three minutes were great. They didn't even have to resort to the multiple super-close, well-timed nearfalls ala the Jericho-Rey Mysterio series of matches to get the crowd hot for the finish. Just two pros going at it. If the time comes for Christian to move to another brand, he'll have this "one up" on Jericho to play up to begin a feud. Nice to see Jericho put over Christian clean to close the show. Well done all around. (***1/2)

1 -- KELLY KELLY vs. GAIL KIM
The battle of babyface divas started with some "let's play nice" exchanges before the more-experienced Gail took Kelly to the mat to wear her down. Kelly then made her spirited comeback after blocking a top rope huracanrana attempt. Kelly then did her finisher where she runs off the back off her opponent and lands a splash for the pin and the win. Afterward, Kelly played nice and helped Kim to her feet to hug and celebrate for the crowd.
WINNER: Kelly in 5:00. Fine match. Gail is lower on the totem pole in the divas division right now since Kelly is more marketable. Kelly was in the 7/11 ad campaign and she's featured in the new SD vs. Raw video game commercials that are being played on ESPN. Makes sense for her to win from a marketing perspective right now. (*)
2 -- TOMMY DREAMER & GOLDUST vs. KOZLOV & EZEKIEL JACKSON
Goldust told Dreamer he had this one to start. Nice little bout of height between Goldust and Jackson to start things off. Goldust apparently playing the power forward jockeying for position in the post against Jackson. Does feel like a good old fashioned power vs. power match-up here. Dreamer then was out-sized at the small forward position as the Roundtable beat on him for a while. "Weight room, son!" Jackson continued the beating at 5:00 as Goldust tried to rally up the crowd. Dreamer finally made a hot tag and the action broke down. With the ref distracted, Dreamer with a back elbow smash to the back of the head on Kozlov. Goldust hit the flatliner for the pin and the win on Kozlov. Whoa, that's a surprise.
Post-match: Roundtable took out their frustrations with a post-match attack. Heels quickly got their heat back with a personal foul double uranage on the victors to stand tall. Striker and Mathews narrated replays of the Roundtable "sending a message" to the locker room they will inflict damage no matter the situation.
WINNERS: Dreamer and Goldust in 7:00. Fine tag match. Dreamer took a beating, which was appropriate since he was the smallest man in the match. Goldust pinning Kozlov took me by surprise, but WWE quickly erased that with the post-match attack. Even Steven. Everyone has their moment on the D-Level show. (*1/2)
3 -- DREW MCINTYRE & ERIC ESCOBAR (w/Vickie Guerrero) vs. R-TRUTH & MATT HARDY
Escobar even does a little "smooth the hair back" move ala Rick Martel after executing a move. R-Truth then ducked down below a clothesline and landed a fist smash for a one count on Escobar. I'm noticing some JBL with how Escobar moves in the ring. A hodge-podge of wrestlers is young Eric. Crowd chanted for Hardy, who entered via tag and helped Truth clothesline Drew to the floor after Drew took a tag. Babyfaces stood tall in the ring, then landed dropkicks through the ropes to knock down the heel representatives of Team Smackdown going to break.
Back from break, Drew was working on Truth as JBL...er...Escobar looked on from the apron. Even the way Escobar leans on the top rope looks like JBL. Escobar then tagged in and worked on Truth's back and arm to continue the advantage for Team Smackdown. Hardy began pacing the ring apron trying to rally the crowd as Truth fought back from his knees, only to allow Drew to re-enter the ring to deliver a fresh beating. Hardy then took a tag at 11:00 and went nuts on Drew, including a running bulldog out of the corner that was an inch off from breaking Drew's neck legit. Hardy then landed a boot to the face followed by a moonsault for a two count when Eric broke up the pin.
Action broke down with Vickie on the apron, then Truth tried a splash on the floor, but Eric moved and Truth ate the floor. Hardy tried a pin in the ring, but Drew kicked out. Drew then shot Hardy off to the ropes and Eric smashed him from the floor. Hardy then stumbled into Drew, who finished him off with a double underhook DDT for the win.
Post-match: Eric planted a soft kiss on Vickie as the announcers plugged Eric and Drew part of Team Smackdown at the PPV. During a replay, the announcers speculated how much of a difference they'll make at Bragging Rights. Well...
WINNERS: Escobar & McIntyre in 12:00. Good tag match. I was impressed with the Twin Towers in a full-length match situation. They don't quite have "star power" and have just scratched the surface of their charisma, so I'm confident they'll be around for a while. Definitely McIntyre. Hardy taking the loss is par for the course lately. Stay tuned for Friday, though. (**)
