She is rated 9 stars, one of the best. A 15/10 powerhouse.
You'll notice it immediately, her power is immense! It's my representation of her being a dimensional witch.
But her Storyline Text is a bit depressing...
Hope you guys enjoyed this! More Yuuko-related cards as the set progresses.
