Lomachislots War - Lost Childhood (Original) ~
Kasawa Lanford:
"Japanese and Creina," Anise said.
"I still don't understand why you have to learn that other country's language," Anise heard her big sister say while mixing up various powders.
Anise smiled. "Umm.. I'm sure the school has a good rea-" she said before her big sister turned to her and leaned over toward her. "There is NO good reason to learn a language you don't need," she said to her, her voice hinted that she was annoyed.
"Umm... err..." Anise said and grabbed Andrew's hand and yanked him up to the girls study room. The room had two desks, side by side. A book shelve had various texts on it, including Math books, science, over forty nine different language books, and more.
"This is our study, we do our home work here," Anise said.
Director of Music:
Andy gaped at the books. "JEEEZ....You STUDY THIS MUCH?" A hint of the old self came back. "My god...this is incredibly ridiculous. Hrm...let's see...German, Italian, English, Japanese, French, Chinese....."
Kasawa Lanford:
Anise smiled. "Our mother used to take us on archeological digs, so we had to learn a lot of languages to get by," she said and walked over to the book shelve and opened the german book. "But.. we haven't gone on many lately," she said and flipped through the pages.
"What about you Andy? You don't like studying?" Anise asked.
Director of Music:
Andy grinned mischievously and cleared his throat.
"Je ne me soucie guère au sujet de Français.
Ich interessiere nicht mich für Deutschen.
No cuido alrededor de español para esa materia cualquiera
Although...I suppose I do have to care when my dad makes me."
* I don't give a damn about French
I'm not interested in German
I don't care about Spanish for that matter either.
Kasawa Lanford:
Anise giggled. She understood what Andrew had said, "don't say that in front of my big sister, she would give you a lecture," Anise smiled.
Just then a knock came to the door, "come in!" Anise said and her big siste walked into the room with a tray on her hand and two glasses and pitcher of juice on it.
She set the tray down on the table. "Dinner will be in the next few hours ok?" she told Anise who nodded, and then she left.
Anise sighed and took out a japanese language book and set it on the desk, she then went to her room and grabbed her school bag and brought it into the study and took out her homework.
