Yes I think so too, it would be better as an opening. I mean after seeing some of the terrible things that happen in the first part of the OVA and then that song comes in the end... Well it seems a bit weird to me, but I'll hope it will turn out good.
Yeah and the title is funny too XD I mean how did they come up with that title I wonder..

OMG,thanks for the Youtube link really much! -listening to it right now- Hm~quite a nice song.As expected from Sakamoto Maaya. ^_^ But it would be the best to choose Rie fu as the singer if the producers wanna make the ED theme as a sad song.Why everyone keeps talking this song is cheerful & happy?Well,I noticed it too,at the chorus. XD; But we don't know what's this song mean.Maybe there's a really sad meaning behind the lyrics.Who knows?16 days left?Wow,I can't wait for it already.Meaning...2 weeks & 2 days!!HOLY SWEET~!! *__*
