i think they will include the kurofai confrontation. judging from the fact that one of the images is fai looking down with his eyes hidden.... thats when he said "easier said than done" or whatever he said after kuro told him to toughen up.... so thats definatly there.
the way i see it theres 2 options: start imediatly with arriving in tokyo, but include flashbacks to fai using magic when the others asked him about it,
or
start with fleeing lecourt, do the whistle in a more magical way than the anime had, and end up in tokyo.
