when i send him a pm asking permission for the secret forumproject, 3 weeks went by before he even answered.......

maybe his internet connection is down? forum life isn't everything .. i know that from experience. i was a forum freak last year and it really got in the way of my real life. maybe he needs a break? and maybe he made other mods and admins so that when he's away they can be in charge. if he hasn't been online for that long then maybe you should go ahead with your project SLi. If he knows about it, he should/would understand that during the time he was away, capturedwings needed to move forward.
just my opinion.

Life or not, an administrator needs to be here more than the average member, bottom line.
