help!!! i think my PC is crazy!!!

does it says that the file is busy or currently being used by another program... If yes... then maybe reboot your p.c. and try to delete it again.
about download problem --- better try right click on the link then save target as ...
if your pc keep on freezing/hang up... may be you might consider format the entire hard drive ... of course this is your last solution.

Nevermind...but thx for your help.My sister said she would check if something wrong with Mozilla Firefox (2.0) that I'm using right now.I almost forgot that I also have Internet Explorer. ^^" I can download using IE...Thx again for your help sanlyn!

it cannot rename all files!!!and besides that,it always has the type behind it!!

Even though the problem is over, I have that problem as well. And how I rename it, it's different then what Kasawa Lanford said. When I press yes on that question, the computer's right. It's unusable, I can't open the document! And the cause is, every document at the ending has the the word doc. (for 2003) docx. (2007) pptx (2007) etc.
You probably erase the doc, docx or pptx part that makes the computer thinks you're going to change the document into (for example, word, to power point) that's why there's a question saying open with what.
That's my guess. Since the problem's solved, I don't know if I should post this or not, but still it's for you all to know.

Hmm.... I can't really see the date, it's so little, and this happen to yahoo as well, I can't even see your signature. It sometimes does that, but when it's big. It's gigantic.
