Harry Potter (Beware of Spoilers!)

<< < (11/115) > >>

Ruby Chan:
I think it was because of the length of time it took to shoot the film....

Espo:
I know that.. its because the books are TOO LONG... no offence to Rowling.. but the longer they are.. the longer it takes... the older the actors get... sicne they are like... 16/17 now... and we still have 5, 6,  and 7 after four...

Ruby Chan:
I'm a bit worried about book 7...it feels like Rowling is rushing thigns abit now, after book 5....it would be a real shame if she wrecked the whole series by putting some completely twist at the end, or just went for a tragedy (everyone dead except Harry). Mind you, if she went for a very happy ending, then that would feel wrong too.

I think the best ending would be if most people survive, but either Ron or Hermione die in the final battle. Or...even better...Harry dies in the final battle in order to stop Voldemort. Remember, they have that link? That could be a vital part of the plot...after all, why else did Rowling make sure to slip it into the series so early, hmm?

Espo:
Yes... i came to that conclusion too... since....

1. It says plain as day in book 5 that one of them can live while the other can't live.. so... either Harry kills him... or they both die... or voldermort dies.
2. It stops copyright theft... he's DEAD... so no one can nick him.... as in, writing stories about 'after' hogwarts...

but then, most people want harry to be HAPPY... his life has been so trastic... *sobs*....

Ralea:
Yeah, maybe it's time for harry to have a happy life. especially Professor Trelawney's prediction in book 5: :D

"and during one time in Divination class, Professor Trelawney announced that Harry wasn't going to die after all, live at a ripe old age and become Minister of Magic much to Umbridge's displeasure"

Sorry if i'm wrong, but I'm just commiting this from memory, my cousin borrowed my book. :(
