Okay, I'll try to explain too, gomen if it comes out, er, weird ^^

1) When you are posting, click on additional opitions
2)once you click there, you should see a few options below the button, there should be a attach button, so click on browse
3)Choose your file and than it should upload.
4)Post your post

Voila, I hope I helped. Mind you, this is all from memory, but I hope I helped out ^^
