have you done a cosplay before & entered an anime expo?

Nope..I haven't done either. Though I would just love to dress up as people from different anime and video games ^^.

I've gone to 1 anime expo (or convention). It was the first one ever in my state, seriously! I went with my good friend, actually, I ran into her at the expo and hung out with her for the next 2 days.

Anyway, I didn't Cosplay at the convention. i did dress up like Pan from Dragonball GT for Holloween 2 years ago though, does that count?

Personally, I think some characters in anime are just too hard to cosplay as, so when people dress like them, they look really weird. My friend and I ran into person cosplayed as Sakura (CCS), Tomoyo (CCS) and Tomoyo (TRC) and they didn't look all that bad!

I've never cosplayed; I'd really like to though. I want to dress in one of the outfits from Koriyo in TRC. Unfortunately, I don't have the sewing skills  :sweatdrop: ...

Yes, I've went to a meeting(is it called anime expo?...) and cosplayed! :happy4: It's waaay more fun
to see cosplayers for real than on photos... It was so fun! *.*
I have also cosplayed without going to an expo... A group of friends and I are planning to make our own
cosplay-day, where we go dressed like that in town the whole day, even acting as the characters we're dressed up as! :hehe:

Yes, sometimes I think like that too! The can at least try some make-up... :sweatdrop: Cosplay isn't fun if
the person really isn't anything near looking like the charakter it's supposed to be dressed as. -_-[/color]

For those of you who live in the UK I am going to the London Expo on October 29th-30th.
I am going with a group of friends and for me this is the first time I am attending an Anime convention so I am so excited.
My friends are cosplaying as characters from Hellsing (I think)
