Any pairing that isn't official or implied at least in the manga. So, FaixFuuma would be non-canon because, well, Fuuma likes to molest Kamui, not Fai. Any pairing that is fan-made is non-canon, just as an official couple (such as Syaoran/Sakura) is referred to as 'canon'.
