For this one, it is hard to explain too... ^^; Maybe try searching for golf terms on google? :X

seriously? use the "veiw page source" option (rightclick, then "veiw source") they give 2 cl;ues on most of the puzzles.
something has to be added to the php phrase on the url

for 15, are the words bunched together, or are there spaces, or underscors or slashes between them?

The words are bunched togaether. :) Next time, try both ways before posting.. ^^;
