Windows Media Player troubles

I tried watching tsubasa episodes on windows media player but I could only hear the sound.
Could someone please tell me how to fix it so that I can see the images as well?

maybe is another file extention..
that's why you can't watch it..
i think media player can only play  wma, wmv and mpeg and dvd file of course
can you check what file extention is it.. ??

1st, make sure you have a divx codec, if not you van get it at divx.com. you can aso get the player, IMO the divx player is way better than media player to watch avis
