Yeah, I've decided to go retro for a while, though I've downloaded a PS emulator and looking for a PS2 emulator as well. I've grown tired of the NES SHMUPs that I have here like Armored Scrum Object and Legendary Wings XD. And I don't have SNES SHMUPs T_T.

Gradius III (Good game but the Arcade Version is way better)
Super R-Type (Slowdown ruins the pace)
R-Type 3 (Make sure you have lots of spare space in your memory, this is Pattern Memorization at its peak!)
Parodius (Funny game!)
Parodius Da! (Good, but not as good as Parodius 3)
Parodius 3 (Best of the Parodius series)
Aerofighters 1-3 (Great manic SHMUP series)

i reached the boss of stage 7 on very easy and got completely annihalated. that was not a boss but a freak of nature!
that thing keeps throwing dozens/hundreds of enemies at me and my attacks don't seem to any damage at all to that thing
i'm taking a break till i can figure out how to damage that thing
