they already ruined my number one anime... >.<

If it's GMA 7, I'll say correct. If it's ABS-CBN, well, I'll blame our present roster of dubbers.

Someone told me dubbing TRC is WAY IMPOSSIBLE due to the Japanese honorifics... What do you think?

Robin Sena:
Sapphire - What anime is the one you're refering?

Ah, old-school MKR with name changes!

Guess what's the "Changed Names" for Hikaru, Umi and Fuu back then!

Robin Sena:
Heero - Hmm... YGO GX here is unchanged.

Anyway. There are two different dubs for MKR

MKR "Old School" - Shown around 1996-1998 (not accurate) the Filipino language used is really "Filipino" no "English" thrown around. Also the main characters names have been changed. The dubbing used here is excellent.

MKR "New School" - Shown last year (2005). Uses Filipino/English combinations and more common Filipino wordings. Names are orginal. But the dubbing sucked.

Kina, The Dark Keyblade Master:
Elysia - hm...they did do good jobs on some anime...but the one I can't really forget is Inuyasha's first voice...which was a bit...I don't know...strangely accented...

Tenkouken - Imagine Syaoran saying, "Prinsesa Sakura!" instead of "Sakura-hime!" Doesn't that make the sentence too long for the lip movement of the characters?

Robin - Saiyuki... T_T

Robin Sena:
Sapphire - Oh, I hated Saiyuki anyway...

I think they'll use "Prinsesa" instead. If they are accurate.

But I would kill for Filipino Versions of the TRC Main Songs (one of the cool things dubbers used to do years ago)
