Avatar and Signature Guidelines

Bumping this thread again, as there are alot of signatures out of control recently. ^^;

I understand the rules but I don't know how to MAKE the signature...Can someone help me?

I usually just add any picture that I like on my signiture but I'll just stick with one :)
