I made him sound funny however he's one of the nastier villains within the DCU. He was a member of the Guardians of the Universe (creators of the Green Lantern Corp) but was obsessed with the forces behind the creation of the universe. In his first attempt to do so, there was an explosion that created the positive and anti-matter universe, He was punished for his forbidden experiment however vowed not only revenge against the Guardians but to continue to find what or who created the universe. Each time he viewed near the beginning, he could see a hand forming the cosmos but hasn't been able to go further than that...yet.
