I don't know where you can download the manga scans, but you can watch the Mermaid Melody Pitchi Pitchi Pitch on youtube.com.
BTW, does anybody know where can I get the scanslation (or is it translation) of Fruits Basket and the dowload of the anime Stellvia and Kaleido Star?
