i know nothing about Japanese...but as a Chinese i can read some kanji as they often mean the same....:)

--- Quote from: Ruby Chan on May 02 2005, 03:13 pm ---Ok...don't a lot of Japanese names have hidden menaigs in them? I'm not sure if that counts as language, so someone tell me if they don't...

Sakura - Cherry Blossom
Syaoran Li - Little Wolf
Touya - Peach Blossom
Yukito - Snow Bunny
Tomoyo - Faithful Friend (I'm not sure about this one, but I read it somewhere)
Yue - Moon...although I think it's chinese....

i thought the word "Syaoran" means Little Wolf? "Li" doesn't count right?
and in Chinese the kanji of Touya means Peach Arrow...
and i've heard that Yue in kanji means moon also...

Well, yes. Only "Syaoran" means Little Wolf. Li is just Li, a common Chinese surname. Dunno if it has a meaning..
but yeah, that's all I know. Ain't that the most helpful post ever? :D
