Lovely!~ You use Photoshop too, right? How do you get that soft effect, and those lines in the background? I've been looking all over my program and have found nothing...>_<

But completely wonderful! Really like the Watanuki one.

did you make the pattern or did you download it? if you downloaded it, can you tell me where i can download it? and if you made it, can you tell me how to make it? `=) haha. i'm starting to believe i'm a big bother.

open Photoshop

go File > New

Set the width:1 pixel, height:2 pixel,Â at the contents, choose transparent

now you will get a very very small drawing area.

next, zoom in 1600%

change to pencil tool, choose the pencil diameter as 1 pixel and click on the white colour. colour only the top part of area.

go to Edit > Define Pattern > OK

now you have the line pattern!

to apply, open a picture you want to apply the line pattern.

create a new layer. at the same layer, go Edit > Fill > OK.

next go to the Layer Palette, choose from Normal to Soft Light.

there you have it.. the line pattern.

hopefully its ok~Â

thanks bLuetopaz! that pattern always applies to making a diagonal lined pattern also, right? i made one before but i forgot how to make it so thanks for helping me!

i dont know if it works in paintshop, never tried that program before.

yeah, i will send you a PM on the instructions (for the line pattern) by weekend.
