New FUNimation Licenses

I heard they registered www.Tsubasa.tv but they STILL havent put anything up.
*sigh* at least they dont have holic yet.
Theyre soooooo going to have Sakura with an american accent and Syaoran just sounding weird. Kurogane's gonna sound like a DBZ character >.> and mokona... well they might pull off mokona and fai. I think they're going to have the most trouble with Sakura. And I dont even want to think about the dialogue *shudder*

Tell me about it, oh the PAIN of their Yu Yu Hakusho dub (one of my old fandoms). I first I was overjoyed at the thought of Yu Yu Hakusho being available in the US (I mean before that all we had those AWFUL Hong Kong Subs, that kept mixing up Kurama and Hiei and Yusuke's "Spirit Pill"  :rotfl:)

But once I heard the show...eh...I suppose it's little inconsistencies that get you, you know? Different interpretations of things (in some ways blatant changing of a characters past). I'm willing to give it a chance (I suppose that's just default thanks for anime/manga being available in English over here) but I gotta tell ya, I don't have the best hope  -_-

kuro_woof saw an ep from the dubbed Tsubasa, and she found it painfull, Fai sounded weird, Syaoran's voice was lower than that of Fai, Mokona wasn't cute anymore, she didn't say anything about Kurogane and Sakura (and i don't wanna know)

if they get their hands on XXXholic, it's gonna be a disaster! :sweatdrop:
