in singapore, theres a PE exam called PFT (physical fitness test), theres sit-ups, 2.4km running, pull-ups, sit and reach, long jump and 200m shuttle run.
sit and reach is where you'll sit wif your arms and fingers straight ahead of your body where theres a marker you'll have to push, basically, its juz like trying to reach your toes without bending your knees, sitting, if you have long nails, they'll cut them on-the-spot *no chance for more points*.
200m shuttle run is where a 50m course is with 2 beanbags at the end of the course, you'll hav to run back and forth bringing the beanbags to the starting line 1 by 1, so totals 200m, cant throw the beanbag or you'll get a fail grade immediately.
the 2.4km run aint a nice jog either...theres a time limit for passing *definately* and the PE instructors'll wanna train us up by making us run that distance 2x a week for PE lesson...and PE lessons are always before recess, it'll really ruin your appitite running that much then trying to eat...urg...

we have sit and reach too.. and our beep test is the 20 m shuffle run.. i think.. HAHA!!
and i had push-ups and sit-ups yesterday.. man the pain is coming TODAY!!.. and
and we have verticle jump which i did today too.. XD hehe.. and we did something new today.. called the hand dynamometer!! LMAO!! test how much muscule strenght you have i guess.. and that's it.. XD
i'm improving for this.. haha i just looked at my chart and our test is called PFA.. i guess you can call it.. LMAO!! because it's the personal fitness appraisal.. man i don't like fitness.. the pain..
brother.. i have 2 younger ones.. the most annoying things u can get.. and our age difference is so wide.. they're 4-8... and i'm 14.. WHOO!! see the difference.. haha.. so we don' really get along.. which is such a bad thing.. *sigh
dance.. i just stopped taking ballet a few months ago.. arg.. i couldn't catch up and my classmates were evil.. haha.. all little kids.. i mean like kids younger than me.. HAHA!! yea so i stopped.. but i'm thinking of taking hip hop or something with my friend.. XD had a dance class in school last semester.. it was ok..

i have 1 younger brother, rebels almost everytime and has the twisted group of "friends", he's 14 by the way and way taller than me & likes basketball (i dont understand, is basketball that fun? or isit that he juz wants to look "cool" ?)
he's got the worst influence ever . the school complaint about his behaviour, letsee....arrogant, haughty, rebels, doesnt hand in his hmwk neatly, poor results, lying to the teacher to escape detentions, hanging out in malls and places like that in school uniform dressed poorly...thats a whole list and he treats me & my parents like slaves *i mean it* always hollaring at us when he wants to eat but every1 finished their dinner already and all the dishes are cleaned (my mom called him during dinner time but he dint bother to ans, so its his loss)...now, he's seeing a counseler but he's so proud that he doesnt want to meet her~ :P i practically lost all hope in that guy...
