Eh, they came from this website http://members.thai.net/chroniclefeather/main.htm that I stumbled upon while using google, but the problem is, I do not know how to read Thai. XD
But I'm quite sure it came from the book called "TSUBASA CHRONICLE Anime Best Selection official fanbook"
And according to http://chibiyuuto.livejournal.com/, the one for the second season is entitled "TV ANIMATION ツバサ・クロニクル 2nd SEASON OFFICIAL FANBOOK", scheduled for June 16th and it'll be costing 1.100 yen.

Ah, I see. Yeah, it looks like those are from the best selection book then. ^_^ I have some other scanned pages from it too that I can't remember where I got them from. Thanks.
