This is a doujinshi picture by the circle "Patisserie"
They have several doujinshi for CCS and Tsubasa out....ranging from gag to mild hentai o_O lol I have this really cute one I downloaded where it's a story about young TRC!Sakura and TRC!Syaoran...but drawn in the style of CCS...
