Hmm... If you think of a plot, you can make a new post in the RP forum describing it and asking for a Syaoran (if you're Sakura, if you are Syao, ask for a Sakura! LOL) And then after you find one, you can start! (It was fine posting this here, I'm sure, but you'll find more people wanting to RP in that forum, me thinx)

In my school, not that Year 11 had left, there is a grand total of about 6 proper anime fans.......sigh. And a lot of them are going off it in favour of *ahem* punk rock bands and other things that are meant to make them look *cool*.
