hm...this idea sounds great. But it involves a lot of research (for the answers + setting questions)...and its easy to cheat if another members tells it to another. (Not that i think ppl in here cheat...but u know..u never know ><)

the questions have to be random, let's say that once a question is asked and answered, no one can answer that question again anymore.

I came across a site, whom the web mistress set around 1000 really really tough CCS questions, and it was SO hard that only a few ppl could answer them....so its really hard to maintain the level of the question...and i think this board has always tried to promote the free-ness in posting....so i think the system is possible but HARD.
