They're not mp3s, but you can listen to a bunch of Asuca songs on the radio here: http://seiyausagi.org
Just go to the requests section and search for: 林明日香
It will usually play after two or three songs, depending on how many requests are lined up.
They have a couple albums of Suga Shikao, too, for those who were looking for him. Just search for: スガ シカオ and request. ^^
