Ah, I love that song! I would upload it for you if I could -  I think it's called "Liminality Violin" but  you won't find it under the .hack//SIGN section on Gendou for some reason. However, the very same song is used in the.hack//LIMINALITY anime, but there it is called "Grandpa's Violin". Look for that.
